# BetSquad

> BetSquad is a free betting pool app for friends. Create a private squad, run a betting pool or office pool on sports, prop bets and local events, wager points instead of money, and win bragging rights. Think of it as a private prediction market where the stake is points.

## What it does
- Private squads: invite friends with a link, code or QR. Only squad members see your bets.
- Custom bets and prop bets: anyone in a squad can propose a bet with clear outcomes and a deadline.
- Points, not money: everyone wagers points; the winner takes the whole pool, losers only lose their own wager.
- AI bet builder: describe a bet in plain words (typed or by voice) and AI turns it into clear rules and settlement criteria.
- Local bet ideas: fun suggestions based on your city's teams, events and quirks.
- Squad leaderboards and points history.
- Available on the web, iPhone and Android.

## Who it is for
- Friend groups running a friendly betting pool or prediction game.
- Offices running an office pool or workplace predictions board.
- Sports fans who want prop bets and local derbies with people they know.
- Anyone who wants the fun of a prediction market without staking real money.

## Pricing
- Free: be in up to 10 squads, join any bet; create 1 squad and up to 3 open bets.
- Pro: $3.99/month or $29.99/year for unlimited squads and bets, full history and stats.
